The special operation in Ukraine will end before the end of the year, Chechen leader Ramzan Kadyrov said in an interview with Chechen Minister for National Policy, Foreign Relations, Press and Information Akhmed Dudayev, published in his Telegram channel.

"The special operation will be over by the end of the year. European states will recognize the wrongness of their actions, the West will kneel, and, as usual, European states will have to interact in all spheres with the Russian Federation. There must not be and will not be any other way," Kadyrov said when asked about the resumption of air links with European countries.
