Turkish Justice Minister Bekir Bozdag said that no one responsible for the negligence that led to the collapse of buildings in the devastating earthquake in southeastern Turkey could escape punishment, TRT Haber TV channel quoted him as saying.

"If anyone is guilty of negligence, they will be detained and held accountable," Bozdag said.
