"World of Gold" famous jewelry fair in Yerevan, which belongs to "Concern Vagharsh and Sons" LLC, was closed down, NEWS.am was informed by the press service of the Inspectorate Body for Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety.

According to the agency, based on the instruction of the head of the Inspectorate on Urban Development, Technical and Fire Safety dated from January 25, 2023, the specialists of the Inspectorate conducted a fire inspection of "Concern Vagharsh and Sons" LLC on February 6. As a result of the inspection it was found out that the buildings and constructions located at 24 M. Khorenatsi Street in Yerevan are exploited with numerous drawbacks and violations of fire safety normative documents, which may create direct and immediate danger of fires and people's safety. Taking into account these circumstances, the head of the inspection body decided to completely terminate the activity of "Concern Vagharsh and Sons" LLC.
