The Armenian Defense Ministry and National Security Service denied statements in Azerbaijani press that "Armenia and Iran are preparing for an attack in the direction of Lachin (Berdzor - ed) and Qubatlu (Sanasar - ed)."

"This is an absolute lie that does not correspond to reality," a spokesman for the Defense Ministry and an advisor to the director of the National Security Service told Armenpress.
