Turkey will cope with the consequences of the crushing earthquake in the country in a short time, Turkish President Tayyip Erdogan said.

"Don't worry, we will recover from this in a short time, just as we have previously recovered from earthquakes in all these places. Of course, those who died are in our hearts, they are part of us," Anadolu news agency from Iskenderun province quoted Erdogan as saying.
