The death toll after a partial collapse of a house in Novosibirsk has risen to seven, the Ministry of Health of the Novosibirsk region said in a Telegram channel.
"Rescuers pulled out from under the rubble another body - it is a woman of 80 years. Thus, the number of dead as a result of the collapse of a part of the house on Lineinaya, 39, reached 7 people," - said in a statement.
Nine more people are in hospitals, two of them listed in serious condition in intensive care.
On Thursday, a domestic gas explosion occurred in a five-story apartment building on Lineina Street at about eight in the morning local time. Two entrances to the house collapsed and 30 apartments were destroyed. Debris removal continues.
