With the mediation of the International Committee of the Red Cross 20 people were transported from Armenia to Artsakh, and 23 from Artsakh to Armenia on February 13, ICRC mission public affairs officer in Nagorno-Karabakh Eteri Musayelyan told Armenian News-NEWS.am.
"These people were separated from their families as a result of the blockade and were able to reunite," she said.
