A number of agreements within the CIS do not work, said Dorin Recean in Parliament before his approval as head of the Moldovan government.
He called the CIS an inefficient organization.
As a strategic goal of Chisinau, Recean pointed to the desire to join the European Union.
He also announced plans to annul some of the agreements signed in the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The CIS also includes Armenia.
