Yerevan hopes that Azerbaijan will not cease the dialogue with Stepanakert. Armenian Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan said this at a joint press conference with Luxembourg Foreign Minister Jean Asselborn.

According to him, when Armenia initiated the process with Azerbaijan, there were two main directions - on the one hand the normalization of relations and a peace treaty, and on the other hand the format and the discussion platform on the rights and security of Nagorno-Karabakh Armenians.

As the Minister noted, Azerbaijan has evaded such discussions for a long time. However, in Munich, both at a meeting with Blinken and during panel discussions, there were assurances from the Azerbaijani side that an internationally visible dialogue between Baku and Stepanakert should take place.

"On the other hand, in recent years we have seen that agreements are reached, then Baku retreats, including on the known signed documents. I hope that this time the same thing will not happen and there will be no rejection," Mirzoyan noted.
