Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman Maria Zakharova noted Joe Biden's trip to Kyiv during a briefing, Moskovsky Komsomolets reports.

"Amid thundering relays that they are in full control of the situation, about to win somewhere now, Biden did not dare to go to Kiev without warning Russia and without asking the Russian side to respect his safety," she said.

Washington's support for Kyiv turned out to be "not good," the diplomatic spokeswoman said. Announcements of the new military aid package turned out to be more than modest.

"Information appeared in the Ukrainian media that Jake Sullivan demanded that the head of President Zelenskiy Yermak's office conduct a successful counteroffensive in the south and reach the borders of Crimea in the next six months," announced the Russian Foreign Ministry spokeswoman.
