Armenia and Azerbaijan have recorded significant progress in negotiations over the past several months, U.S. State Department spokesman Ned Price said at a briefing, conveying the view of Secretary of State Antony Blinken, who initiated talks between the two countries' leaders Saturday at the Munich Security Conference.
