Hraparak daily of Armenia writes: In Artsakh [(Nagorno-Karabakh)], they believe that after the visit of RF [(Russian Federation)] Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov to [Azerbaijani capital] Baku, the Berdzor [(Lachin)] road may be [re]opened.

These expectations are based on the rumors that the RF will do everything to show that it is the teller in the region.

That is the reason why Azerbaijan did not recoil even from the decision of the Hague court, not fulfilling the [court] demand to [re]open the road.

And Lavrov will resolve the matter with one visit.

However, in Artsakh they are not enthusiastic about that prospect, as they are sure that in return they will be forced to fulfill all the demands of Azerbaijan.

Lavrov left for Baku yesterday on a two-day visit.

On Friday, after the meeting of the representatives of both sides at the headquarters of the Russian peacekeepers [in Nagorno-Karabakh], it was even announced: "The Russian side continues to make efforts so that the Artsakh road [re]opens in a short period of time."
