Armenia has received Azerbaijan's new proposals on the peace treaty. This was announced by Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan at Thursday’s Cabinet meeting of the Armenian government.

"Thus, we have entered the 4th round of discussion on the draft treaty. We will discuss and submit our comments [on this draft] in the near future. We are loyal and will not deviate from the peace agenda," he said.

At the same time, Pashinyan drew the attention of the international community to the fact that, contrary to point 8 of the tripartite statement of November 9, 2020, Azerbaijan has not yet returned Armenian captives, hostages, and other detained persons, and continues to keep under occupation the sovereign territories of Armenia it occupied as a result of its military aggression in 1994, 2021, and 2022.
