The 4th President of the Republic of Armenia, Dr. Armen Sarkissian, expressed his condolences to the Prime Minister of India, Narendra Modi.

My family offers our profoundest condolences to you and the people of India after the tragic train accident in Balasore, Odisha. 

Our hearts go out to the families of the victims of this tragedy,” Sarkissian wrote on Twitter.
