Yerevan Municipality has launched an exclusive and large-scale cultural project on the occasion of the 120th anniversary of the birth of the famous Armenian composer Aram Khachaturian.
Khachaturian ballet works are on the stage created in Tumo Park.
The Gayane ballet was performed first. On the stage were the artists and orchestra of the Armenian National Academic Theatre of Opera and Ballet named after Alexander Spendiaryan.
This project is the first not only in the cultural life of the city, but also in the region. More than 500 participants are involved in the project.
On Wednesday and Thursday, the audience will enjoy the Masquerade and the Spartacus ballet performances. The event starts at 8pm.
