The Anglo-Saxons want to provoke new centers of tension and conflicts in the CSTO territory, said Nikolai Patrushev, Secretary of the Russian Security Council, Rossiyskaya Gazeta reported.
"Their task is to create conditions for the external management of the processes taking place in those countries, for their own benefit, including inciting new foci of tension and conflicts in the CSTO territory," Patrushev said on Thursday, in Belarusian Minsk, during the meeting between the secretaries of the security councils of the CSTO member countries, with the President of Belarus, Aleksandr Lukashenko.
