The text on unblocking transport communications is at a high level of preparation, but there are two or three inconsistencies that still need further discussion. Russian Deputy Prime Minister Alexey Overchuk told this to Sputnik Armenia, as he commented on the results of the recent tripartite meeting of the commission on unblocking of regional communications.

According to him, the aforesaid meeting in Moscow, with the participation of the deputy PMs of Armenia and Azerbaijan as well, lasted nine hours.

"Fundamentally, the text is at a high level of preparation, there are two or three inconsistencies that still need additional discussion. The fundamental moment is the geographical part through which the railway will pass. We have announced that, we agreed on how the customs control of the cargo will be carried out," said Overchuk.

According to the Russian deputy premier, it will be an ordinary railway, an ordinary border with passport, border, and customs control.

He emphasized that no one was questioning the sovereignty of Armenia, and all parties are willing to start the work as soon as possible.

And asked whether the matter of the possible participation of Russian Federal Security Service employees was discussed in terms of control and security, Overchuk responded that this depends on Armenia.
