Azerbaijan held exercises in the occupied territories of [Artsakh] Nagorno Karabakh.

According to the Azerbaijani media with reference to the Ministry of Defense, “the formations and units involved in the exercises were brought to various levels of combat readiness and deployed to their destination areas. The deployment of command and control bodies on the territory was ensured, measures were taken in cooperation with units of other military forces. Azerbaijani Defense Minister Colonel General Zakir Hasanov and the leadership of the ministry observed the course of the command staff exercises.”
