The United States is encouraged by recent discussions between Turkey and Armenia. Kristina Kvien, the US Ambassador to Armenia, said this on the air of Public Television.

There were meetings at the level of leaders, as well as envoys, which bespeak the normalization of relations, she said.

The United States is definitely in favor of the normalization of relations, and this will bring many benefits to Armenia, as well as stability to the region, Kvien added.
