France has a new ambassador in Armenia, Honorary Consul of Armenia to France Denis Djorkaeff posted on Twitter.
“Mr. Olivier Decottignies, Hors Classe Foreign Affairs Advisor, has been appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Armenia on July 21, 2023,” Djorkaeff wrote.
