On July 13, the European Parliament adopted a resolution in which it made recommendations on reforming its rules on transparency, integrity, accountability, and the fight against corruption.
Azerbaijan is referred to in a separate point in the resolution. In the part of the resolution listing the violations committed by various countries, it is stated that Azerbaijan has carried out large-scale influence actions, including containing deep suspicion of corruption, towards the MPs of the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe (PACE),.
In addition, the European Parliament accuses Azerbaijan of preventing the investigation related to the elections and concealing the facts of human rights violations.
