According to Azerbaijani sources, Rashid Beglaryan, a citizen of the Republic of Artsakh, born in 1962, was detained today by the Azerbaijani Border Service near the village of Aghavno, Artsakh information headquarters informed Armenian News-NEWS.am.

He was displaced from Shushi city as a result of the 2020 war, and in recent days resided in Old Shen village of Shushi Province. According to preliminary information, he fell under Azerbaijani control as a result of getting lost.

The circumstances are being investigated by the authorized bodies. The Artsakh authorities informed the Russian peacekeeping forces about the incident.
