On September 16, 2023, 80 people left [Artsakh] Karabakh for Armenia through the [Berdzor] Lachin Corridor, the Peacekeeper Telegram channel reports.

“Residents of Armenia and Nagorno-Karabakh - students of Armenian and foreign universities, as well as specialists and workers who lost their jobs and were unable to return to their permanent place of residence as a result of the blockade by Azerbaijan, turned to the reception point for citizens of the Russian peacekeeping contingent in Karabakh,” the report says.

The representatives of the Russian peacekeeping contingent organized the transportation and escort of these people through the Lachin Corridor, monitored their passage through the border control point on the Azerbaijani side, helped load and deliver property, and provided the opportunity to travel on comfortable buses.
