The letter addressed to Russian President Vladimir Putin sets out our assessment of the situation, which has already been outlined in 7-8 telephone conversations over the course of this year. Prime Minister of Armenia Nikol Pashinyan announced this in a conversation with reporters after voting in the Yerevan mayoral elections.

“The content of our public and work communication is not much different from each other. Whatever we say in public, official letters have genre rules. Earlier, Russian President Vladimir Putin said at a plenary session at the 8th Eastern Economic Forum (EEF) that Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan sent him a detailed letter about the current situation.
