As of 11:00, 47,671 voters out of 824,250 took part in the elections to the Council of Elders of Yerevan (the capital's representative body), which is 5.7% of those with the right to vote. This was stated by Deputy Chairman of the Central Electoral Commission (CEC) of Armenia Nune Hovhannisyan on September 17. She also presented data on voter activity per administrative district of Yerevan:

Achapnyak – 4,570 or 5.51%,

Avan – 2530 voters or 6.48%,

Arabkir – 5,413 voters or 5.73%,

Davtashen – 2,293 voters or 6.85%,

Erebuni – 4,445 voters or 4.99%,

Kentron – 4,890 voters or 5.15%,

Malatia-Sebastia – 6,078 voters or 5.72%,

Nor-Nork – 5,995 voters or 6.15%,

Norq-Marash – 698 voters or 6.54%,

Nubarashen – 471 voters or 5.84%,

Shengavit – 6,584 or 5.94%,

Qanaqer-Zeytun – 3,694 voters or 6.51%.

For comparison, in the previous capital elections, held on September 23, 2018 against the backdrop of euphoria from the “Velvet Revolution,” by 11.00 79,686 voters out of 848,343 had voted, which amounted to 9.39%.

The Central Electoral Commission of Armenia will announce new data on voter activity at 15.00. This will be a report on the turnout at 14.00 local time.
