The MoD of Azerbaijan has come up with the usual kind of disinformation, Ministry of Defence of Armenia reports.

“Statement disseminated by the Ministry of Defence of Azerbaijan, that on September 17, at 9:55am, the Armenian Armed Force units allegedly opened fire against Azerbaijani combat positions located in the eastern part of border, doesn't correspond to reality.”
