Azerbaijan has initiated a large-scale attack against Artsakh/Nagorno-Karabakh, the surroundings of civilian settlements are also targeted, including Stepanakert. The Human Rights Defender of Artsakh Gegham Stepanyan wrote about this in his X microblog.
"This is genocide, nothing else. And the mediators promise us rights and security within Azerbaijan," he wrote.
