The Yegtsahogh community of Shushi region, with a total of 150 residents, cannot be evacuated. Gegham Stepanyan, Ombudsman of Nagorno Karabakh reported this in X.
"Azerbaijani Armed Forces have destroyed the school of the community. There is no possibility to evacuate the residents, they are completely surrounded," Gegham Stepanyan reported.
