After the long-awaited humanitarian access to Nagorno-Karabakh yesterday, the resumption of the military conflict in the region is devastating for the local population. Leo Docherty, the Minister of European Affairs of the United Kingdom, wrote on his page on social network X.

"Azerbaijan must stop military operations. The UK is working hard to encourage dialogue. Violence is never the answer," Dockerty said.

 Azerbaijan՛s Armed Forces unleashed a military aggression against Nagorno-Karabakh, use artillery and other heavy weapons as of 1 p.m. on September 19. They attempted to penetrate into the depth of the defense line of the Defense Forces of Nagorno-Karabakh.

Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh, have come under heavy shelling now. The Human Rights Defender of Nagorno-Karabakh, Gegham Stepanyan, reported that there are multiple casualties and injuries among civilians, including children.
