The MFA of Spain today made the following statement regarding the aggression unleashed by Azerbaijan against Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh).
"The Government of Spain strongly condemns the use of armed force against the Karabakh region and regrets the loss of human lives.
Spain supports the mediation of the European Union and calls on the Azerbaijani authorities to cease military activity immediately and to resume dialogue in order to reach a peaceful resolution in accordance with the United Nations Charter and international law",- the statement reads.
