Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) President Samvel Shahramanyan on Wednesday convened an extended meeting of the Security Council, reports the information department of the presidential office.

The current situation as a result of the war unleashed against Artsakh by Azerbaijan, its possible developments, and the respective measures being taken by Artsakh were discussed.

The President of Artsakh noted that the reaction by international players regarding the situation in Artsakh and its overcoming is inadequate and no practical steps are taken, and therefore Artsakh will be forced to take corresponding steps, with the main objective of ensuring the physical safety of the Artsakh population as a priority.
