On the Azerbaijani side, MP Ramin Mammadov, who is presented by the Azerbaijani media as "the person in charge of contacts with the Armenian residents of the Karabakh region," is conducting the negotiations with the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) delegation in Yevlakh, Azerbaijan.
"Until now, he held one meeting in Khojaly with representatives of Armenian residents [of Karabakh]," added the Azerbaijani media.
