“Spoke with Sec Blinken last night about my concerns with Azerbaijan's troop buildup at the border & their continued aggression, which I warned about during last week's hearing. We must hold [Azerbaijani president] Aliyev accountable & provide immediate support to Armenians in Nagorno-Karabakh,” Menendez wrote on X—former Twitter.
