Representing the Artsakh side, Davit Melkumyan, a member of the Armenian National Assembly's foreign relations committee, and Sergey Martirosyan, the secretary of the Artsakh Security Council, have been observed in online footage attending a meeting with a representative from Baku in Evlakh.
It's important to note that on the Azerbaijani side, negotiations with the Artsakh delegation in Evlakh are being led by MP Ramin Mammadov, who is described in Azerbaijani media as 'responsible for engaging with Armenian residents of the Karabakh region.’
