Citizens concerned about the fate of Nagorno-Karabakh are holding a rally in Republic Square in Yerevan. They demand the resignation of Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan. In addition, they demand the authorities to open a humanitarian corridor to bring the people of Artsakh to Armenia.
Before the rally, the citizens organized actions of disobedience today in different streets of Yerevan, and blocked a number of streets, calling on the citizens to join them.
Nikol Pashinyan said today in a live address that according to their assessment, there is no direct threat to the civilian population of Nagorno-Karabakh. "We believe that the Armenians of Nagorno-Karabakh should live in their homes, in their homeland, in dignified and safe conditions. At this moment, our assessment is that there is no direct threat to the civilian population of Nagorno-Karabakh."
