
Turkish Foreign Minister Hakan Fidan and US Secretary of State Antony Blinken held a meeting in New York on the sidelines of the 78th session of the UN General Assembly. The meeting lasted 45 minutes and covered several topics of mutual interest.
A source in the Turkish Foreign Ministry told TASS that during the meeting, both parties exchanged views on concrete and constructive steps that can be taken to enhance relations between Turkey and the United States. Among the key topics discussed were the Black Sea Grain Initiative, Sweden's membership in NATO and latest developments in Nagorno-Karabakh.
