RT military correspondent Ilya Vasyunin visited the Armenian Goris, where a registration center for refugees from [Artsakh] Nagorno-Karabakh is being set up in the local drama theater.

Observers from the EU and representatives of the NGO Doctors Without Borders also arrived in Goris, the media outlet reports.

After the recent escalation of the conflict in the region, Russian peacekeepers evacuated some of the civilians, and now there are 826 people in the peacekeeping contingent, RT notes.
