An explosion has taken place at a fuel tank near Stepanakert, the capital of Nagorno-Karabakh. Metaxe Hakobyan, MP of the National Assembly of Artsakh, confirmed the information to NEWS.am.

"The fuel tank is outside the city. From there they gave gasoline to people who were going to Armenia. It is assumed that there will be casualties and wounded people, but nothing is clear yet," said Hakobyan.

According to MediaHub, there are casualties and wounded because of the explosion. A fuel tank exploded at the filling station. This is the tank from which people were supposed to be given gasoline to evacuate to Armenia. There were dozens of people in the area who were waiting for their turn.
