Azerbaijan assures that it is ready to provide a "medical corridor" to the International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC) to evacuate and provide assistance to the victims of the explosion in a fuel depot in Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) capital Stepanakert.
“We are currently working on providing ICRC with exceptional access through Gorus [(Goris)]-Gafan [(Kapan)]-Eyvazli-Fuzuli-Shusha [(Shushi)]-Khankandi [(Stepanakert)] road for medical evacuations and aid delivery,” Azerbaijani presidential aide Hikmet Hajiyev wrote on X—former Twitter.
