
As of 8 p.m. on September 26, 28,120 forcibly displaced persons from Nagorno-Karabakh entered Armenia, the Armenian government informed.
Of these, registration data have been summarized for 20,800, and needs assessments for 7,320 are being identified. All those who do not have a predetermined place of residence are provided by the government with suitable accommodation.
Registration of needs for providing support is ongoing.
The government also said that 3,253 people were provided with accommodation, of which 1,305 in Syunik, 700 in Vayots Dzor, 833 in Gegharkunik, 268 in Tavush, and 147 in Armavir.
