As of 2pm Thursday, 70,500 forcibly displaced persons have entered Armenia from Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). Nazeli Baghdasaryan, press secretary of the Armenian prime minister, informed about this.

"[A total of] 50,866 of them have already been registered," added Baghdasaryan.

"Everyone worked during the night. And it should be noted that the intensity [of Artsakh residents coming to Armenia] has not decreased at all, and we continue to serve about 1,000 people per hour, direct, and carry out their registration during these operations," said the Armenian PM's spokesperson.

Also, she informed that measures have been taken to transport persons in Artsakh capital Stepanakert who do not have their own vehicles. Baghdasaryan said that at the moment, about 35 large buses are in Goris, Armenia, and when the traffic intensity eases, they will be able to leave in the return direction to Stepanakert.

"All those people who cross the Hakari bridge are offered accommodation by the [Armenian] state," once again emphasized Nazeli Baghdasaryan.
