The Spanish government has promised to allocate 1 million euros to provide humanitarian assistance to people forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh, Spain’s acting Foreign Minister Jose Manuel Albarez has said.

"Spain will make the first investment of 1 million euros in the form of humanitarian aid to alleviate the situation of the Armenian population, which is unjustly forced to leave their homes," said the acting minister.
