Azerbaijan arrested Levon Mnatsakanyan, the former commander of the Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh) army, at the Lachin corridor checkpoint, while he was trying to enter Armenia’s Goris city from Artsakh. TASS reported this, citing a source from Mnatsakanyan's close circle.
To note, Ruben Vardanyan, the former Minister of State of Artsakh, was arrested at the aforementioned checkpoint recently, then he was transferred to Azerbaijani capital Baku, charged, and imprisoned there for four months.
