The last bus from Artsakh arrived in Goris with 15 passengers, the Human Rights Defender of Artsakh, Gegham Stepanyan wrote on Facebook.
"A small team of dedicated people followed hundreds of alerts and went door to door to evacuate helpless people.
P.S. If you still have reliable information about isolated or helpless individuals left in Artsakh, you should contact the International Committee of the Red Cross, or share the information so we can pass it on to the ICRC," he wrote.
