Azerbaijani media sources have reported the arrest of Araik Harutyunyan, the former president of Artsakh (Nagorno-Karabakh). According to these reports, Harutyunyan has been detained and is currently being transferred to Baku. The reports suggest that his arrest took place in Stepanakert.

This news comes in the wake of earlier reports on the arrests of other former officials from Artsakh, including former presidents Arkady Ghukasyan and Bako Sahakyan, as well as Davit Ishkhanyan from Armenian Revolutionary Federation.
