European Commissioner for Crisis Management Janez Lenarčič, who is responsible for European civil defense and humanitarian aid, will arrive in Armenia on October 6.
According to the Armenian state news agency Armenpress, Lenarčič will meet with high-ranking representatives of Armenia and will visit places where persons forcibly displaced from Nagorno-Karabakh have found refuge.
