Conversations have started in Azerbaijan that "Armenia should pay compensation to Azerbaijan." MP Jeyhun Mammadov expressed this idea at Tuesday's session of the Azerbaijani legislature, APA reported.
The lawmaker argued that "Armenia should pay compensation to Azerbaijan for the destruction of the entire infrastructure and the destruction of cultural heritage in the area of 10,000 kilometers."
Information about those who want to resettle—regardless of their place of registration—in Stepanakert, the capital of Azerbaijani-occupied Nagorno-Karabakh, is also spreading in Azerbaijani social networks and mass media. But for now, this information is weakly dismissed at the official level.
