The Minister of High-Tech Industry, Robert Khachatryan, spoke to reporters Thursday about the issue related to Russian TV channels in Armenia.

"We need to meet with the Russian side, conduct consultations. The day, the time have not yet been specified. We will publicize additional. All the violations [by the Russian TV channels in Armenia] are recorded. When we meet here, on location, we will talk more objectively, substantively. The issue of closure [of these Russian TV channels in Armenia]] is not being discussed now, everything depends on the course of consultations. The meeting will take place this year in Yerevan; it was initiated by the Armenian side," said the minister.

Also, he made it clear that the agenda of this meeting is to maintain the points of the existing agreement.
