YEREVAN.- Georgian Foreign Minister Grigol Vashadze dismissed repots saying Armenian President’s visit to Georgia is canceled.

Talking to journalists in Yerevan, Vashadze said the visit was not canceled. According to an agreement, Georgian FM had to visit Armenia to discuss and prepare the visit, he added. However, he failed to visit Armenia because of the trip to New Zealand and Australia.

“No I have come to Armenia. The visit is being arranged,” he said adding that the precise date will be announced later.

Earlier Georgian press reported that President Sargsyan’s visit to Armenia had been allegedly canceled due to Georgian President’s criticism against the Armenian authorities. Mikheil Saakashvili criticized Armenians for alleged slow work in elimination consequences of landslide in Tavush, Armenian region broidering with Georgia.
