At the moment, a large number of police are stationed at Yerablur Military Pantheon of Yerevan because the visit of Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan is expected there on the birth anniversary the late statesman, Vazgen Sargsyan.

The entrance to the pantheon, however, is closed for people and reporters. Security officers do not allow reporters to enter, saying "you are not accredited." Also, they are pushing the reporters away.

President Vahagn Khachaturyan and the brother of Vazgen Sargsyan, Aram Sargsyan, the head of the Republic Party, are already here. Later, Minister of Defense Suren Papikyan and Sasun Mikaelyan, Chairman of the Yerkrapah Volunteers Union, also came.

Vazgen Sargsyan would have turned 65 years old today.
